I opened it and immediately went, “Yep, that’s it.” The style looks just like the photos and it was exactly what I expected.

The hair looked really good when I first got it, so I was happy at the start. But after a few weeks, it started shedding more than I expected. It’s not the worst hair I’ve bought, but it’s definitely just okay. Whoever runs this needs to work on the quality because it shouldn’t start falling apart that fast.

The customization options were okay, but I was hoping for a bit more. To be fair, I might’ve just caught it at a bad time when I needed something really specific, so it didn’t fully work out for me
